What we do
Garbage Disposal Cleaning and Service
We come to your kitchen and clean your garbage disposal on the spot. Clogged, smelly, jammed, or just overdue for a clean - we clear it, flush it, test it, and tell you how it is doing.
What is included
A standard garbage disposal clean and service includes:
- Inspection - we look at the disposal, the splash guard, and the chamber to assess condition.
- Manual clean - we remove and clean the splash guard or floater, clear the chamber of build-up, and flush with cleaning solution.
- Test run - we run the disposal and confirm it is clear and quiet.
- Condition report - we tell you how the disposal is doing and whether anything needs attention.
What is not included
We do not:
- Disposal replacement or installation.
- Electrical work on the disposal circuit.
- Sink drain clogs beyond the disposal.
- Commercial-grade equipment unless explicitly agreed beforehand.
- Any disposal that cannot be safely accessed.
How long it takes
About 20 to 40 minutes per disposal, depending on condition. A standard clean is usually closer to 20 minutes. A disposal that has not been cleaned in a long time or has a jam takes longer.
What to have ready
- Clear access to the disposal under the sink.
- Water turned on at the sink.
- Any items removed from under the sink if the space is tight.
- A callback number in case the call drops.

If the disposal is not a candidate for cleaning, you pay the $25 inspection fee and nothing for the clean.
Common questions
What is included in a standard clean?
Inspection, manual clean (remove and clean the splash guard or floater, clear the chamber, flush with cleaning solution), test run, and a brief report on the disposal condition.
What is not included?
Disposal replacement, electrical work, drain clogs beyond the disposal, commercial-grade equipment, and any disposal we cannot safely access.
How long does a clean last?
Depends on use and what goes down the disposal. Most customers get six to twelve months between cleans. A bio-enzyme treatment can extend that.
Do you do commercial disposals?
Residential units only unless we explicitly agree beforehand.
Can you come to my rental or Airbnb?
Yes. We clean disposals between guests. Tell us the address and the turnover schedule when you book.
Do you warranty the clean?
No satisfaction guarantee. If we complete the clean as described, the quoted price is due. If the disposal is not a candidate for cleaning when we inspect it, you pay nothing for the clean.
